The inspiration behind ‘Flora’ goes beyond the mere botanical world. Named after the Roman goddess of flowers, spring, and the joy of youth, the painting weaves mythology with a timeless symbolism. For me, the theme of blossoming and blooming represents, above all, the human spirit: Just as the goddess Flora awakens the earth to life after winter, we too pass through phases of waiting, only to blossom when the moment is right. When I created this painting, I wanted to visually capture this transformative energy—the unfolding of potential, the brilliance of colors, and the elegance of growth.
Thus, ‘Flora’ is an homage to the divine power of new beginnings and of blossoming..
