“Hidden Gold” is a representation of spiritual alchemy—the process through which we transform our “base,” heavy experiences (the dark layers) into pure gold (enlightenment, peace, and self-discovery) through the fire of passion and life force (the prominent red).
The inspiration came from moments of stillness and introspection. While painting, it was about relinquishing control and trusting that beneath the wild, seemingly chaotic brushstrokes, a powerful order and a bright radiance would ultimately emerge.
It serves as a reminder to the viewer:
“Do not search for brilliance on the outside. Go deep within, activate your inner fire, and pierce through your own layers—it is there that you will find your own, imperishable gold.”
This painting is an invitation to pause, turn your gaze inward, and trust that even in the darkest moments of our lives, a red spark of life and a golden light burn within us, never to be extinguished.
